🌟 Honoring Our Heroes 🇺🇸
On Saturday, September 6th, Rexford Park took a meaningful trip to the Wall That Heals replica in Ellensburg, paying tribute to our fallen Vietnam veterans. Our veteran residents, along with those from other communities, boarded buses for a heartfelt journey, escorted by the dedicated members of Combat Veterans United and Iron Saints.
The day was filled with camaraderie as we received a guided tour and presentation about the wall, followed by a delicious BBQ lunch sponsored by Rexford Park and some of our fellow assisted living communities. It was a poignant reminder of the bravery and sacrifice of our veterans.
Today, as we reflect on our recent experience, we also take a moment to honor those who lost their lives on September 11th. Let us remember their sacrifice and the resilience of our nation.
