Previously two separate communities – Rexford Manor and Cascades of Chesterley – Rexford Park now brings these services together on a single campus. The Manor offers independent living while The Chesterley provides assisted living and memory care. This thoughtful integration allows us to better provide a true continuum of care, ensuring that residents can transition seamlessly as their needs evolve, all within the comfort of a familiar environment.
